Salesforce Certification: A Salesforce Applications Developer should have one or more Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II. These certifications validate the developer's knowledge and expertise in building custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
Salesforce Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and various functionalities.
Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security model, workflow rules, process builder, and customization options is essential. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
Familiarity with Salesforce administration, including security, user management, and data management.

BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
