What You’ll Do
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Python applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Drive end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical solutions, and project timelines.
- Architect and develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices.
- Build and integrate REST APIs, databases, third-party services, and enterprise applications.
- Design, implement, and optimize data processing pipelines and workflow automation solutions.
- Leverage Agentic AI and Generative AI capabilities to enhance business processes, decision-making, and intelligent automation.
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, security assessments, and performance optimization activities.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Mentor and guide development teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure application scalability, reliability, security, and operational efficiency across all environments.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, resource planning, and stakeholder communications throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Expertise You’ll Bring
- 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in software development, technical leadership, or Dev Lead roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Program Management, Agentic AI, and Python application development.
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise application development and transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of backend architecture, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience working with AI/ML solutions, Generative AI, LLM integrations, and intelligent automation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of database design, data processing pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and team mentoring skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and modern software delivery environments.
- Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
- Preferred qualifications include BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, MCA, MS, or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Certifications in Python, Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML, Generative AI, Program Management, PMP, Scrum, or related technologies will be an added advantage.
- Strong academic foundation in Software Engineering, Data Structures, Algorithms, Distributed Systems, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Computing.
