Job Overview

Qualifications
- College Level or College Graduate
- Minimum of 2–4 years of supervisory experience
- Experience in electronics, gadgets, or computer retail is preferred
- Familiar with POS systems and inventory management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and results-oriented
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and store activities
- Lead the sales team in achieving store targets
- Provide excellent customer assistance and product recommendations
- Monitor stock availability and inventory movement
- Handle customer complaints and escalations
- Train team members on sales and product knowledge
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
- Assist in implementing sales promotions and campaigns
