Job Summary
Operations Manager are responsible for overseeing the collection efforts of an organization, ensuring that the company recovers its debts in a timely manner. They also develop and implement strategies to increase the effectiveness of the collections process.
Job Description
Responsible for the endorsement and pull out of delinquent accounts to/ from 3rd party collection agencies
Assist on ROs concerns and inquiries (Reports, Accounts etc.)
Train and support Supervisor in handling team members
Set targets and monitor performance of the collections team
Responsible for monitoring of daily payments, posting to collection system and providing selective to agency
Monitoring on daily, weekly and monthly report
Make a quarterly performance appraisal of Supervisor
Daily/Weekly/Monthly consolidation of MIS reports of in-house or external collectors
Responsible for sending collection reminder SMS and Email blasts to current accounts
Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
Resolve high-level disputes or complaints regarding collections practices
Implement quality assurance measures for products/services and monitor production KPIs
Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
Back up trainer
Requirements
Must have experience as Operation Manager
Currently working in retail credit or 3rd partys agency Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections or a related field,
With at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Must have experience in managing a team with at least 20+ FTEs
