The Creation Supervisor oversees the Sales Support team’s daily operations, ensuring
efficient processes, quality client interactions, and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and mentor Sales Assistants to meet team goals.
- Monitor daily activities (calls, follow-ups, CRM updates) for quality and productivity.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support development plans.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and real-time coaching for team members.
- Handle inbound/outbound sales calls and act as escalation point for complex inquiries.
- Ensure CRM data integrity and optimize workflows for scheduling, documentation, and
reporting.
- Track KPIs (call volume, conversion rates, lead progress) and present performance
reports.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align sales activities with business priorities.
- Maintain compliance, documentation standards, and organized digital records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or High School Diploma with 3+ years of professional experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years in sales support, customer service, or sales operations.
- 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in BPO or telemarketing environments
- Proven ability to manage high‑volume sales activities and drive team performance
- Strong analytical skills in reporting, KPI management, and leading teams toward shared goals
