Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of ServiceNow implementation, configuration, customization, or development experience
- Hands on experience in at least one ServiceNow product line: ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, solution architecture, and agile delivery
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow applications
- Implement workflows, automation, and integrations
- Support testing, deployment, and platform upgrades
- Troubleshoot incidents and provide technical resolution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess impact and deliver value
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure delivery ownership
