Position: Lead Management Trainee
Office Location: UB Plaza - 21F Pasig (Headquarters)
Job Summary: The Lead Management Trainee to be part of the bank’s Leadership Pipeline by completing the LEAD Program framework and take on an executive role in a period of 5-6 years.
Duties And Responsibilities
Phase 1: ONBOARDING PHASE
- Pass Primary Sessions &/or Immersions: Treasury, Trust, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking & Consumer Finance, etc.
Phase 2: CORE PHASE
- Pass Certifications: Sales Boot Camp, Branch Operations & Central Processing Services
Phase 3: RESIDENCY PHASE
- Specialize in an area, to deepen & broaden skills & eventually build Leadership, within identified Specialization area.
- Actively participate in LEAD required activities as part of LEAD MT Program framework; Monthly LEAD Breakfast Meetings, Mentoring Sessions, Coaching & Feedback Sessions, Career Discussion Sessions among others
Overall Responsibilities
- Successfully graduate from the LEAD Program by completing and complying with the program framework
- Make maximum contribution to the organization
