Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage service orders accurately and efficiently within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Handle order management activities related to booking, invoicing, and order fulfillment processes.
- Review customer orders and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company requirements.
- Coordinate with customers, sales teams, operations, and other stakeholders regarding order-related concerns and updates.
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues that may impact processing timelines.
- Maintain accurate records and updates in Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and other business systems.
- Investigate and address order discrepancies, billing issues, and customer inquiries.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Support month-end activities and manage increased workload during peak periods.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Order Management, Service Order Processing, or related functions.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Background in BPO, Shared Services, Operations, or similar business support functions.
- Hands-on experience using: Salesforce (CRM), SAP or Oracle (ERP)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
