Job Summary
The Workforce Sourcing Specialist is responsible for supporting recruitment operations through strategic candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development. This role plays a key role in identifying qualified professionals for technical and operational roles across a dynamic technology-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate candidate leads through various sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.
- Source qualified talent for IT, telecommunications, engineering, and corporate support functions.
- Conduct candidate profiling and preliminary screening activities.
- Build and maintain talent communities for recurring hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with recruiters regarding candidate availability and sourcing progress.
- Support high-volume and specialized hiring initiatives.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing reports.
- Participate in recruitment marketing and networking activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course.
- Must have prior experience in a Tech, IT, or Telecommunications company.
- At least 3 years experience in sourcing or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
- Experience handling technical hiring requirements is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, research, and communication skills.
