Job Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused Electronics Sales Associate to assist customers, drive sales, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in electronic products, especially laptops, computers, gadgets, and accessories.
Qualifications
- College Level or College Graduate
- With at least 1–2 years of retail sales experience
- Experience in electronics or gadget retail is preferred
- Knowledgeable in laptops, computers, gadgets, and accessories
- Familiar with POS systems and inventory processes
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales-driven and willing to learn product knowledge
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
- Promote and sell electronics, gadgets, and accessories
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Process POS transactions accurately
- Monitor product availability and assist in inventory checks
- Maintain cleanliness and proper product display
- Support store operations and sales activities
- Stay updated on product features and promotions
