Must be graduate of I.T or any related course.
Monitor head office IT hardware, networks, and internet resources; perform basic troubleshooting and hardware diagnosis.
Maintain proper documentation of workflows, system processes, and standard operating procedures while securing company data.
Provide technical support to end-users and assist with end-user training for new system features.
Preferably with relevant experience in related field.
Willing to work onsite (Manggahan, Pasig City).
