Associate - Talent Acquisition Operations, works closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to enhance the candidate experience, specifically focusing on interview scheduling and supporting a seamless onboarding experience for all new joiners.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition partners, hiring managers and candidates to prioritize interviews, applying LSEG scheduling technology and hiring process as appropriate.
- Raising purchase orders and facilitating and tracking of expenses and vendor payments related to recruitment.
- Investigating and troubleshooting Workday system related issues in recruitment module as first level of support and liaising with Workday configuration teams if needed for technical support.
- This position will likely require flexibility in hours to support a 24-hour operation
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operation, or other related fields.
- University degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Organization skills and attention to detail are key attributes for this role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactivity and ability to identify and solve potential issues before they advance.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience with Workday and ServiceNow or other HRIS and case management tools are needed.
- Ability to work according to different time zones and calendars where needed.
