A multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team and play a pivotal role in supporting end-to-end HR functions. - Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating job offers to ensure timely onboarding of new hires.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers on manpower planning to address organisational needs efficiently and effectively.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employee concerns and inquiries, handling discipline cases in accordance with company Code of Conduct and Philippine labour law.
- Support employee engagement initiatives by assisting with culture-building programmes, grievance handling, investigations, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Administer employee benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, leaves; coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, deductions; support annual salary reviews and benefits benchmarking.
- Ensure accurate government remittances and reporting by maintaining compliance with statutory requirements and DOLE regulations.
- Assist in preparation of labour-related documentation including notices to explain (NTEs), contracts, clearance forms; maintain updated HR policies and employee handbook.
- Support audits and regulatory requirements by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to legal standards.
- Maintain employee records both physically and digitally; ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems; generate regular HR reports on headcount, attrition rates, engagement metrics.
- Contribute to HR process improvements by supporting digitisation initiatives; oversee office administration activities related to HR operations.
- Assist in learning and development coordination including training logistics, tracking mandatory training records, onboarding sessions, and capability-building projects.
- Manage exit processes such as clearance procedures, final pay coordination according to DOLE guidelines; conduct exit interviews; analyse attrition trends for recommendations.
