AI Architect

We're looking for an AI Architect who can bridge business needs and technical solutions to design scalable, secure, and impactful AI-powered applications. In this role, you'll own solution architecture from concept to implementation, guiding teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality AI solutions that align with best practices and architectural standards.

What You'll Do

• Design and own solution architecture for AI projects from end to end

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define project success criteria

• Evaluate proposed solutions against established architectural standards and best practices

• Develop evaluation strategies, governance, and safety frameworks for AI solutions

• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to project teams

• Mentor engineers and implementation teams on architecture decisions

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture standards and frameworks

• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Platform Engineers, and technical leadership across projects
  
  

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

• 3–7 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or systems design

• Experience designing or implementing enterprise technology solutions

• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

• Strong experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions
  
  

Technical Expertise

• Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and evaluation frameworks

• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent AWS/GCP AI services

• Knowledge of AI architecture patterns, system design, and solution design principles

• Understanding of security, governance, compliance, and data management considerations within AI solutions

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and enterprise architecture practices
