- Review parking tickets, license plate information, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Process ticket-related payments using QuickBooks Desktop.
- Access city websites to review ticket status and case updates.
- Prepare and organize documentation for court proceedings.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in an administrative, operations, or ticketing support role.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop.
- Experience processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to verify information with a high level of accuracy.
- Comfortable navigating city or government websites.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
