We are a US-based social media marketing agency working with e-commerce brands. We are growing fast and need a sharp, organized VA to help us keep things running smoothly, from client communications to internal team operations. This starts part-time but has a clear path to full-time for the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Sharing client wins and results to support agency credibility.
- Managing day-to-day client and team communications.
- Helping maintain internal team structure and organization.
- General admin and operational tasks to keep things moving.
Requirements:
- Based in Latin America.
- Available EST timezone.
- Fluent in Slack, ClickUp, and Discord.
- Highly organized and reliable.
- Strong communicator.
- Willing to grow with the team.
- Graphic design experience is a big plus.
