Role Overview

As a Project Manager at /slantis, you will play a critical role in driving high-quality architectural and technology-enabled services to our clients, ensuring project excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will lead both through delivery and people, balancing technical rigor, client care, and team development under /slantis’ standards and values.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery & Quality

Lead end-to-end project management, from kick-off to closure, ensuring scope clarity, solid planning, milestone achievement, and high-quality deliverables. Coordinate technical leads and team resources, anticipate risks, and keep projects on track through proactive monitoring and forecasting. Define and oversee QA/QC strategies, document control, and compliance with client and internal standards.

  • Client Leadership & Value Creation

Act as the primary client point of contact, managing expectations, scope changes, and communication with transparency and professionalism. Build long-term partnerships by identifying value-add opportunities, aligning project decisions with company strategy, and reinforcing /slantis’ value proposition in every interaction.

  • Strategic Oversight & Reporting

Track progress, manage forecasts, ensure accurate time reporting, and balance client, team, and company priorities. Contribute to long-term planning, resource allocation, and continuous process improvement across projects.

  • Leadership & Team Development

Lead, mentor, and empower team members through clear delegation, coaching, and ongoing feedback. Foster a culture of accountability, autonomy, collaboration, and continuous learning. Drive performance conversations, lessons learned, and professional development to ensure both project success and team growth.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience (typically 5+ years) delivering architectural or technology-driven projects, ideally in an AEC environment.
  • Strong technical literacy (e.g., BIM / Revit knowledge), with an ability to understand and challenge design decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and visual, to interface with clients, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop others; strong conflict-resolution, coaching, and feedback-delivery skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (scheduling, reporting), and familiarity with tracking time and resource utilization.
  • Strategic mindset: experience in anticipating risks, making trade-offs, and aligning project goals with broader business outcomes.
