Okay Place, Very Traditional Company Culture
Worked at AAR for a few years as a Logistics Coordinator. It's a big, established company in aviation logistics. The culture is pretty traditional, which has its pros and cons. Job security and benefits are decent, but career growth can be slow and work-life balance is just okay.
As a Logistics Coordinator, I've had some good experiences with my immediate team. Everyone in aviation logistics generally helps each other out. It's a solid, established corporate company, so there's decent job security and benefits are okay for the industry.

Focus on modernizing workplace practices and creating clearer paths for advancement, especially for younger employees. Listen to new ideas from different departments.
