Leadership is decent for a small tech startup
Working at Mobbin has been an okay experience overall, especially for a startup. The leadership team has some good points, but there are definitely areas they could improve on to help the company grow even more.
As a Product Designer working remote from Berlin, I appreciate that leadership is pretty approachable here. You can usually talk directly to managers, and even the founders aren't too far removed. It feels like a supportive vibe for getting design work done at a growing tech startup.
Sometimes, the strategic vision from leadership isn't super clear, which can make long-term project planning tough for design roles. There's not much structured career pathing for individual contributors yet. It feels like they're still figuring out how to scale effectively.
Focus on communicating a clearer, long-term strategic vision across all teams. Also, developing more structured career growth paths and regular performance reviews for employees would be a big plus.
