Good Start, Tough to Grow Upwards
This place is a decent stepping stone if you're just getting into hospitality, but don't expect rapid promotions or a clear career ladder once you're past the initial learning curve.
As a Front Desk Agent, I got solid entry-level hospitality experience here. It's a great resume builder for big corporate hotel chains. You learn a lot about guest services pretty fast.
Career growth for non-management roles is pretty slow. There aren't many clear paths to move up without a degree or some serious internal networking. I felt stuck after a year, especially in the Orlando, FL location.
Create more structured career paths for frontline staff. It'd really help with retention if people could see a future beyond their current role. Invest in internal training for upward mobility.
