The Talent
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
2 years of Product Registration or Research or Supply Chain Experience
Good in coordination and communication skills
Able to work independently in a fast pace environment
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia will be advantageous to liaise with clients / suppliers in Indonesia
The Job.
Coordinate with marketing and sales to understand new/amended products that require registration in the respective SEA market(s).
Liaise with distributors to understand the documents necessary to perform the registration with the food registration authorities in the respective SEA market(s).
Coordinate with legal department to obtain the necessary sanitary registration documents.
Communicate and coordinate with Marketing on registration required documents - Notification letters and product artworks
Coordinate the flow of documents from legal department to distributor, follow up on the progress/ timeline to ensure registration completed before stocks produce"
Register product through government online system, follow up the stats, ensure registration completed before stocks produce. Coordinate with Finance to make payment
Communicate to Supply Chain and Marketing if there is risk of registration delayed and will affect the product launch
Upkeeping of registration certifications documentation
Monitor and follow-up on Group's certifications (Product registration, Halal certification, Factory Licenses)
Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of key information assets, and only disseminating to the necessary parties
Review and analyse on production alignment on product first production request VS demand/supply planning requests VS plant actual production planning
