Lead the purchasing department and team development. ________________________________________ Key Duties:
Develop and execute the company’s purchasing strategy; lead supplier development, price comparison, and negotiations for core components and raw materials.
Manage supplier sourcing, RFQ, and supplier nomination for new project components; develop purchasing plans based on project requirements to ensure timely material supply and smooth project execution.
Maintain the supplier system, including supplier sourcing, capability assessment and improvement, performance evaluation, and tiered management to ensure supply chain stability and security.
Coordinate purchasing planning and purchase order management; collaborate with internal departments such as production and R&D to ensure on-time and quality delivery supporting efficient production.
Monitor market price fluctuations and supply risks; control costs, handle quality anomalies and commercial disputes to reduce operational risks.
Support the quality department on supplier quality issues.
Organize and drive company-wide annual cost reduction, special cost reduction initiatives, material optimization, and other dedicated projects.
Lead and manage the purchasing team; oversee daily operations and compliance, handle routine purchasing matters and urgent issues.
Implement requirements from the corporate group as assigned.
Handle other urgent tasks assigned by the General Manager. ________________________________________ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above; Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields preferred. 2. 8+ years of purchasing experience in automotive components, with at least 4 years in purchasing management. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, metal/plastic materials, surface treatment, and other automotive-related processes is a plus.
Proficient in office software and ERP systems; familiar with automotive APQP and PPAP development processes; experience in full new project purchasing execution preferred; experience with foreign-owned automotive component purchasing systems is a plus.
Strong expertise in supplier performance management and commercial negotiations; excellent risk anticipation, cross-functional coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, organizational, and coordination abilities; high professional integrity and ability to work under pressure.
CET-6 or equivalent; fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) as a working language.
