The Human Resources Assistant is an entry-level role that supports the delivery of core HR operations and high-quality employee experience across the Firm. This position assists with a wide range of administrative and operational activities and plays an important role in ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. This role provides regular interaction with senior HR professionals and broad exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources, offering a strong foundation for early career development.

This position will require physical presence in Proskauer’s offices on a regular basis (at least 3x per week, or more, if it becomes the policy of the Firm). The anticipated compensation range for this position is $55,000-$65,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
