Key Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Strategy:
- Collaborate with the software development team to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Develop a testing strategy that aligns with the project's goals and objectives.
Test Execution and Evaluation:
- Execute both manual and automated test cases to identify bugs, defects, and regressions.
- Perform thorough testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of the software.
Effort Estimation and Testing Environment Configuration:
- Work closely with project teams to estimate the testing efforts required for each project.
- Configure and maintain the testing environment to facilitate accurate and efficient testing processes.
Issue Management and Ad-Hoc Tasks:
- Manage and prioritize open issues, defects, and bug reports, ensuring timely resolution.
- Handle ad-hoc testing tasks to address emerging quality concerns and support the development process.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in software testing. Fresh graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or other related fields are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and identify potential issues within software applications.
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A team player with a strong commitment to achieving collective project goals.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese is a requirement, as it will facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders.
