Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive finance professional to lead our financial and management reporting functions. In this role, you will ensure total compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and Group Accounting Policies, drive robust internal controls, and act as a strategic partner to both local management and regional headquarters. Key Responsibilities

1) Financial and Management Reporting:

  • Review financial statements to ensure compliance with the Group Accounting Policy and Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), highlighting significant transactions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate balance sheet schedules to fully understand each outstanding balance.
  • Conduct analytical reviews with commentaries on material changes to support discussions with management.
  • Advise on accounting impacts of new business ventures, marketing strategies, and operational changes.
  • Interpret and assess regulations from Thai authorities, ensuring proactive compliance.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant Thai authorities.
  • Oversee operational activities affecting financial reporting and ensure compliance with group policies and regulations.

2) Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and annual closing processes, including balance sheet reconciliations, timely tax submissions and financial reporting.
  • Drive the successful completion of external audits, working closely with auditors and internal teams.
  • Strengthen internal controls and compliance processes.
  • Develop and implement sound Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies to mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate with headquarters/regional teams to fulfill reporting requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to stay ahead of financial developments.
  • Act as a key point of contact for headquarters/regional teams inquiries, providing clear financial insights and any ad-hoc reports.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial management and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and relevant Thai regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
