Responsible for Master data, Inventory management, Operation processes, PO placement & Vendor management to support the Operational strategy to achieve the short and long term financial and operating objectives of the country.
Job Description
- Inbound: Work with BU & Principles/ Suppliers to place PO & delivery timely.
- Master data: Ensure all items are well maintained & aligned with IMCD standard procedures.
- Inventory Control: Ensure inventory are well controlled & optimized based on the strategy.
- Vendor management: Work with 3PLs to measure performance to ensure the service level.
- Operational Processes: Support Operations manager to ensure all operation activities are well controlled with aligned standard procedures in place.
- Other tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Good command in English (4 skills).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal and networking skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and relationship building – both internally and externally.
- Motivated and energetic personality, can-do attitude.
- High degree of independence and work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to envision and execute strategies and projects.
- Ability to manage complexity and change in a dynamic environment.
Education
- Bachelor degree in relevant or higher degree.
Work Experience
- 5 years of working in Supply Chain or Operations.
- Working experience in the chemicals industry, especially in Pharmaceutical Industry is advantage.
- Strong experience in HS code, customs declaration for Pharmaceutical Industry is highly preferred.
