Role Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead key initiatives across our financial product portfolio. You’ll drive cross-border programs, align teams across markets, and ensure projects deliver business value—on time, within budget, and in compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic programs and business initiatives across Southeast Asia, with key focus markets including the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and other regional markets.
  • Translate business strategies into structured project plans, defining scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, governance, and success metrics.
  • Orchestrate the engagement of internal stakeholders (Finance, Tax, Compliance, Legal, Engineering) and external partners (banks, regulators, JV entities), while taking full end‑to‑end ownership of timelines, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including banking partners, regulators, payment partners, vendors, and joint venture entities, to support project implementation and regulatory readiness.
  • Own project governance by proactively identifying delivery risks, resolving issues, managing dependencies, and escalating critical decisions where required.
  • Track project progress against agreed timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing regular updates and executive-level reporting to senior leadership.
  • Support business expansion initiatives, including new product launches, regulatory implementations, strategic partnerships, operational improvements, and market entry projects.
  • Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and cross-functional discussions to align stakeholders and drive timely decision-making.
  • Ensure projects comply with internal governance standards, risk management frameworks, and local regulatory requirements across each operating market.
  • Drive continuous improvements in project management methodologies, governance processes, and execution frameworks to improve delivery efficiency across the organisation.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience leading complex, cross‑border fintech projects—ideally in credit cards, BNPL, or digital lending.
  • Good understanding of financial concepts, budgeting, and regulatory risk; comfortable with financial modeling or tax/legal project scoping.
  • Proven ability to work with C‑level stakeholders and turn strategy into actionable plans.
  • Certifications are a plus: PMP/PRINCE2 (project delivery), Scrum (agile scaling), or CFA Level I (financial fluency).
  • Fluent in Mandarin is a strong advantage for regional coordination.
