As the Technical Lead, you’ll guide our engineering team, shape the product architecture, and ensure we build scalable, secure, and high-performing systems that support millions of users and real-time data workflows.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring technical excellence, growth, and collaboration across web and mobile teams.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to translate requirements into scalable, reliable technical solutions.
- Design and architect scalable systems that enable seamless, data-driven, and AI-powered product experiences.
- Oversee end-to-end development and deployment, ensuring smooth integration between frontend, backend, and mobile through RESTful APIs.
- Implement best practices in coding, testing, DevOps, and security to maintain performance and system integrity.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs, AI models, search tools, and analytics platforms to enhance product capabilities.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, proactively improving performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Identify and manage technical debt, ensuring consistent delivery quality and architectural soundness.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, data platforms, and search optimization to drive continuous innovation.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a lead or senior engineering role.
Strong understanding of
system architecture,
microservices, and
scalable system design.
Hands-on Experience With
- Frontend: React, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Backend: .NET Core ,RESTful APIs
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Azure (preferred), Firebase, Docker
- Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Version Control & CI/CD: GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Proven ability to design
secure and high-performing systems for data-heavy platforms.
Strong understanding of
API architecture,
data flow, and
integration design.
Experience With AI/ML Integration, Including
- Using APIs from OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, or Hugging Face
- Building AI-driven features
- Working with data pipelines or analytics layers to support model training and insights
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to connect
product, data, and engineering.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide technical and non-technical discussions.
