Key Responsibilities
- Network Setup Installation
Install and configure LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks
Set up routers, switches, and firewalls
Install and maintain computers, servers, printers, and other devices
Diagnose hardware faults and repair or replace components
Resolve network issues like downtime, slow internet, or connectivity problems
Provide technical support to users
Configure firewalls and antivirus systems
Protect the network from unauthorized access
Monitor network performance regularly
Perform system updates and data backups
Lay and manage LAN cables
Perform crimping and ensure proper connectivity
Maintain records of network configurations and hardware inventory
Work with IT teams or vendors for upgrades and issue resolution
