Location: Dhaka (with travel to project districts)
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Operations & Delivery
- Lead overall programme operations across all districts and partner schools
- Ensure timely and high-quality rollout of school onboarding, teacher training, and platform implementation
- Develop and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly implementation plans aligned with programme goals
- Track deliverables, timelines, and milestones across teams to ensure targets are met
- Monitor field implementation and ensure consistency and quality across locations
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and operational challenges and resolve them quickly
- Ensure high-quality execution aligned with programme standards and targets
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Supervise training, field, school support, and coordination teams
- Set clear targets and ensure accountability for performance and delivery
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of staff and consultants
- Run regular review meetings to track progress and address challenges
- Build a strong execution-focused and collaborative team culture
Stakeholder & Partnership Management
- Manage relationships with government stakeholders, school leaders, and institutional partners
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up on commitments with partners and donors
- Represent the programme in coordination and review meetings when required
- Support partnership implementation and expansion across districts
Monitoring, Reporting & Quality Assurance
- Track programme performance using implementation and platform data
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to leadership, partners, and donors
- Review progress against targets and recommend improvements
- Ensure quality standards across training, school support, and implementation
Systems, Planning & Scale Readiness
- Strengthen operational systems, SOPs, and coordination mechanisms
- Improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of programme delivery
- Ensure proper documentation of processes and learning
- Build operational systems to support scale across districts
Budget & Resource Management
- Support annual and quarterly budget planning
- Track operational expenses and ensure efficient use of resources
- Coordinate with finance and leadership on budget utilization and projections
Requirements & Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- 5–6 years of experience in education programme implementation, edtech operations, or large-scale programme management
- Proven experience managing multi-district or large-scale education programmes
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive accountability for results
- Strong planning and execution skills across complex workstreams
- High comfort using data to monitor progress and inform decisions
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (required)
- Additional academic background in Public Policy, Development Studies, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools
- Fluency in Bangla and English (written and spoken)
