Arch World Group is seeking a highly qualified and creative Senior Architect specialized in Interior & Exterior Design to join our team in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
Job Title: Senior Architect – Interior & Exterior Design Lead
Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Interior & Exterior Design Department.
- Develop and deliver high-end architectural and interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Transform client requirements into creative and practical design solutions.
- Create integrated design identities aligned with the company vision and project objectives.
- Prepare and supervise architectural drawings, presentations, and execution details.
- Coordinate closely with execution, project management, and procurement teams.
- Conduct site visits and supervise execution to ensure compliance with approved designs.
- Manage and guide the design team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Present design concepts professionally to clients and stakeholders.
- Handle design revisions and client feedback while maintaining high design quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s Degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Saudi market.
- Proven experience in residential, commercial, and villa projects.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and municipality regulations.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of various design styles including Modern, Contemporary, Classic, Neo-Classical, Minimalist, and Industrial.
- Advanced skills in interior and exterior architectural design.
- Excellent space planning and furniture design capabilities.
- Professional knowledge of lighting, colors, materials, and finishing coordination.
- Strong familiarity with finishing materials and suppliers in the Saudi market.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Good understanding of AI tools and modern technologies in architectural design.
Leadership & Management Skills:
- Ability to lead and manage a full design department.
- Capability to manage projects from concept to final delivery.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with execution teams.
- Ability to review, approve, and finalize design outputs professionally.

Additional Requirements:

- Previous experience in contracting or real estate development companies is preferred.
- Willingness to conduct site supervision when required.
