Junior Designer

Pay's okay for design work, benefits could improve.

Pros: The base salary for a Junior Designer in the Kuala Lumpur office is decent for the design industry, especially for a small company. They do offer basic health insurance, which is a plus.
Cons: Raises aren't really a thing, even after a year. Don't expect much in terms of performance bonuses or other perks beyond the basics. Benefits package is pretty minimal.
