Leadership is a mixed bag at this startup
Pros: My direct manager was a good coach as a Software Engineer. There's decent mentorship within the team for early-career roles. You can learn a lot if you're proactive.
Cons: Higher-level leadership often changes direction without much explanation. It's tough to get clear strategic vision, especially for remote employees. Less transparency from the C-suite in this tech startup.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating a more consistent long-term vision. Improve communication and transparency from executive leadership. People want to understand the 'why' behind decisions.
