Pros: I appreciated the hybrid model; it was nice not being in the Dallas, TX office five days a week. For us on the development teams, having a few days WFH helped with focus on complex IT projects. It offered a decent work-life balance compared to fully onsite roles.
Cons: The 'flexibility' often meant fixed hybrid days, so it wasn't always responsive to personal needs. There wasn't much room for true remote work for my Software Engineer role beyond the standard hybrid setup. Sometimes it felt like they tracked login times a bit too closely.
