Pros: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I've found great opportunities for learning and career growth within the recruitment industry. The team is incredibly supportive and the company culture fosters genuine collaboration. I've been able to significantly develop my talent acquisition skills here.
Cons: While there are growth opportunities, the promotion process can sometimes feel slow. Also, occasional busy periods inherent to the recruitment cycle can challenge work-life balance, requiring extra effort.
Advice to Management: Clarify promotion pathways and consider ways to support work-life balance during peak periods for the recruitment team.

Pros: The hybrid work model is a solid perk. We could WFH 2-3 days a week, which was great for avoiding the Singapore office commute. It really helped with personal appointments, especially for us working in talent acquisition.
Cons: However, the 'flexible hours' part isn't really flexible. Everyone's expected to be online 9-6, no matter what. And if you're a Recruitment Consultant, client calls often dictate your schedule, limiting true flexibility. It felt more rigid than advertised.
Advice to Management: Managers should trust employees more to manage their own schedules. True flexible hours, not just hybrid work, would make a huge difference for Recruitment Consultants.

Pros: The team is pretty solid, and you get some autonomy as a Recruitment Consultant. If you hit your numbers, leaving a bit early on a Friday isn't usually an issue.
Cons: But it's the recruitment industry, so expect long hours sometimes, especially towards month-end. The pressure to hit targets in the Singapore office can be intense, which definitely impacts personal time.
Advice to Management: Management could try to better manage workload during peak times. Burnout is a real thing for agency recruiters; it's tough when everyone's pushed to the max.
