Pros: I've really appreciated the remote work setup here. As a Legal Operations Consultant, it's great to have that flexibility. It makes managing personal life a lot easier, especially WFH from APAC.
Cons: But, the work-life balance can suffer during busy periods. Client deliverables mean long hours sometimes. You'll definitely be putting in extra time for the legal tech projects.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage client expectations and project timelines so we don't always have to scramble. More support during peak phases would really help with burnout.
