Pros: As a Sales Engineer, the base pay and commission structure was solid. It was competitive for roles within the telecom industry, especially for someone with a few years of experience. They usually paid on time too, which is always good.
Cons: The healthcare benefits weren't great, honestly. High deductibles and limited coverage options. There wasn't much in terms of a 401k match either, which felt like a missed opportunity for a company this size.
Advice to Management: Re-evaluate the benefits package, especially healthcare and retirement contributions. A stronger offering would really help attract and retain top talent in the telecom industry.
