Decent Job Security in the Investment Sector
Pros: Dragon Capital feels pretty stable, especially for a corporate firm in the investment banking sector. As an Investment Analyst, I've seen steady growth here in the Ho Chi Minh City office. There aren't many unexpected layoffs, which is good.
Cons: Still, it's finance, so performance pressure is real. If the market takes a big hit, there's always a bit of worry, even if it hasn't happened often. You definitely need to hit your targets.
Advice to Management: Try to balance the performance metrics with employee well-being more. It would help retention.
