Pros: The hybrid model is a big plus; you can work remote from home a couple of days a week. For cloud consulting roles, you get good exposure to different AWS and Azure projects. Most weeks aren't too bad, usually around 45 hours.
Cons: Project deadlines can get pretty intense, making you work past normal hours. Sometimes, as a Cloud Solutions Architect, you feel the pressure from too many client requests at once. It's tough to truly disconnect.
Advice to Management: Try to staff projects better to prevent burnout during critical phases. Maybe look into mandatory "no meeting" blocks sometimes for deep work.
