Pros: I appreciate the hybrid work arrangement; we're in the office 3 days a week. For a Project Coordinator in supply chain operations, that's actually pretty solid. It helps a lot with my work-life balance and commute to the Chicago office.
Cons: The 'flexible' part isn't always flexible enough. Some teams or managers can be really strict about those 3 in-office days, even when there's no real need. I think more remote options could easily work for many of us in this corporate environment.
