Operations Coordinator

Okay for a corporate gig, some flexibility.
Pros: They offer solid benefits and there's some hybrid work flexibility, which is nice. As an Operations Coordinator, I could mostly stick to a 9-5 if I planned well.
Cons: Sometimes the workload in the wellness industry gets really heavy, especially with end-of-quarter pushes. It's tough to truly disconnect; you're often checking emails after hours.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage project loads so teams aren't always scrambling. Support true disconnect time.

Project Analyst

It's Okay, But Job Security Is a Concern
Pros: The teams in the New York City office are pretty supportive. You get to work on some decent consulting projects. Benefits like the health plan are solid for a company this size.
Cons: Job security isn't great here, especially for newer Project Analyst roles. There's a real feeling that roles can change or disappear fast. Management doesn't always communicate changes well, making things tougher.
Advice to Management: Please be more transparent about company direction and potential role changes. Better communication would help with employee morale.
