Work-life balance? It's okay, but could be better.
Pros: You get decent PTO, which is pretty solid for a mid-sized company. WFH days are usually respected for Marketing Specialist roles, so that helps on specific weeks. The Austin, TX office culture itself isn't too bad.
Cons: It's common to work longer hours, especially when deadlines hit. There's often a vibe that you should be 'always on,' and that really eats into your evenings. I've struggled to fully disconnect after hours quite a bit.
Advice to Management: Encourage managers to really enforce boundaries for their teams. We need leadership to model healthier work habits and let us truly log off when the day's done.

Decent place, but culture has quirks
Pros: My direct team was awesome; we really supported each other. The WFH flexibility was a lifesaver, especially for those of us in the Austin office juggling personal stuff. It's a decent corporate company if you find your niche.
Cons: The overall company culture felt a bit cliquey and top-down. There's not much transparency from senior leadership, which can make it tough as a Marketing Specialist to understand big picture decisions. It sometimes felt like you needed to be in certain circles to get noticed.
Advice to Management: Work on making the company culture more inclusive across all departments. Improve communication from leadership to all levels. More transparency would really help build trust.
