A solid place to grow your career in tech!
Pros: Logitech has been a solid experience. As a Software Engineer in Newark, CA, I appreciate the collaborative teams and engaging work on consumer electronics. There's a good work-life balance, and I've had many learning opportunities. The company culture is supportive, making it a great place for tech professionals.
Cons: Sometimes, internal approval processes can slow things down, which is a minor frustration. Career progression, while present, isn't always as fast-paced as in smaller tech startups.
Advice to Management: Keep fostering the collaborative spirit. Looking into streamlining some internal approval processes could definitely boost efficiency for project teams. Perhaps also clarify career path expectations for Software Engineers a bit more for those looking for rapid advancement.

Culture is good, but work balance is tough
Pros: You work with really smart folks. The teams are usually collaborative, which is nice in the consumer electronics industry. Plus, they're pretty good about letting you work remote from anywhere in the USA.
Cons: There's a lot of pressure to deliver, especially for a Product Manager role. It can feel like you're always on call, impacting your work-life balance. Decisions can also take a long time to get approved through all the layers.
Advice to Management: Try to streamline the decision-making process. Help teams protect their time better from constant requests.

Pretty Solid Work Flexibility, With Some Caveats
Pros: As a Product Manager, I've really appreciated the WFH policy. It's great to be remote from Austin, TX, especially compared to some other big tech companies that are forcing everyone back. The hybrid model is truly flexible here.
Cons: Sometimes, managing projects across global teams means late night or early morning calls. It's not always easy to align schedules, which can impact my personal time. There isn't always consistency with how different managers approach hybrid work.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize meeting times to better respect different time zones. More flexible scheduling for mandatory syncs would help.
