Cons: Sometimes projects just pile up. It's tough to say no when deadlines are tight. I've definitely had weeks where 50+ hours were expected. Vacation approval can be slow too, which messes with plans.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage project scopes. Give teams more buffer time for tasks. Also, streamline the vacation request process. It helps people plan their lives better.
