review and is evolving.
Pros: You learn a lot about managing client accounts initially. The team is collaborative, and it's a stable environment for entry-level marketing roles. We have a decent hybrid model, too.
Cons: Career growth here feels limited for someone looking to move up fast. There aren't many clear paths or training budgets for skill development beyond your immediate role as a Marketing Coordinator. Promotions are rare unless someone leaves.
Advice to Management: Invest more in employee development programs and create clearer pathways for internal promotion, especially for entry-level marketing roles. A dedicated training budget would really help.
