Culture is good, but some things need work
Pros: The team culture is really supportive. Everyone helps out, which is great for new Social Media Managers learning the ropes. We often have fun team events, and the hybrid work model is a big plus for work-life balance.
Cons: Career growth for mid-level digital marketing roles feels unclear. You can get stuck on repetitive client accounts. Also, sometimes there's an expectation for after-hours replies, which isn't ideal for a 40-hour week.
Advice to Management: Focus on clear paths for career progression beyond junior roles, especially for those in content strategy or other specialized digital marketing roles. Define boundaries for after-hours communication.
