Pros: I liked the challenging building projects we worked on. The team in the Rome office was generally good, and I learned a lot about project management in the construction industry. It's a solid place to get experience.
Cons: Job security is definitely a concern here. As a Project Engineer, my contract felt very tied to specific projects. When a big one wraps up, there's always worry about what's next, which is tough in the volatile construction industry.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into more stable long-term contracts. It would help retain talent for engineering roles.
