Pay's Okay, Benefits Need a Boost Here

Pros: As a Project Engineer, the base salary is actually pretty competitive for the mid-sized construction firm market in Kuala Lumpur. You get paid on time every month, which is solid.
Cons: The benefits package isn't great. Health insurance could be way better, I've seen more comprehensive plans at smaller construction companies. Don't expect big bonuses either, it's pretty standard.
Advice to Management: Revisit the benefits package, especially health coverage, to stay competitive in attracting and retaining talent for construction roles. Show more
