Pros: For a Junior Consultant in the consulting industry, the hybrid model is a solid perk. I get to work remote a couple of days a week, which really helps with personal appointments and avoiding the New York City commute.
Cons: The flexibility isn't totally consistent, though. Client demands often mean you're still on-site more than you'd like, even if it's your scheduled WFH day. Can't always pick your remote days.
Advice to Management: Keep pushing for more consistent WFH options when possible, especially for non-client-facing work. It'd really boost morale.
