Pros: Base salary for Investment Consultant roles is pretty average for financial services in Jakarta, which is a start. If you're consistently hitting client acquisition goals, the commissions can make up for some gaps.
Cons: The benefits package, especially healthcare, is pretty barebones. Don't expect much there. Raises are super rare in this corporate setting, and bonuses feel inconsistent, even for high performers.
Advice to Management: Management needs to seriously rethink the benefits package, particularly health insurance. Also, creating a clearer, more consistent structure for annual raises and bonuses would really help with employee morale and retention in this competitive financial services market.
